E.B in Da House!

Sponsors who have worked with Mike Lucas in the past may not know that he was also supporting Supply Rewards and Aftermarket Rewards – way too much for any one person. Just ask Mike.

As a result, Mike is moving to other coalitions full-time and joining us full-time is Erin Breczinski. Erin has been with BI since 2005, overseeing delivery of the enewsletters and performing database maintenance and website testing for all coalitions.

You’ll be interacting with Erin regularly as she helps with new Sponsor orientation, product/point set-up, promotion set-up, reporting, banner ad management, creative and print coordination, Sponsor Meeting planning and invoicing.

Prior to joining BI, Erin worked as Marketing Coordinator for a bank and as a Ticket Sales Manager for a Division 1 university. We’re thrilled to have Erin on the team and know you’ll enjoy working with her as much as we do!

Refer and Earn Direct Mail

On Sponsors' behalf, we're mailing this Refer & Earn postcard to 1,265 participating Colleges & Universities. Monitoring changes to the segment's baseline referral rate will to allow us to make an informed decision about the expanding these direct mail overlays to other high-value segments.

4/26/2007 postscript: The mailing appears to have had no effect on Refer and Earn rates, and as a result will not be repeated in favor of a telemarketing test.

I redeemed my points for door prizes

BI's Eden Valley call center makes hundreds of outbound operator calls every day to verify new Foodservice Rewards applicants. But there's a big difference between verification calls and sales calls. That's why we are hiring three dedicated telesales representatives who will invite high value operators to join Foodservice Rewards.

We need your help sourcing lists, particularly in non-commercial segments. Please contact me with sources, suggestions or lists you can share.
